This short film was shot as a side project while on an expedition with The AIP Group. The doco footage was used as a case study on high-performance leadership. 

A 10-day, 110km expedition across the high Canadian Arctic, inside the Arctic circle, with temperatures reaching -40deg. An incredible testing environment for the team and the gear.
